Where are you located?
We have three sites on High Street, Preston VIC 3072: 156A, 156B and 50 High Street. The 50 High Street site is home to our largest 27kg washer.
Are you open 7 days?
Yes — we're open every day from 6:00am to 11:00pm, including public holidays.
Can I wash doonas and bulky bedding?
Yes — that's what the big front-loaders are for. They take quilts, blankets and bedding a home machine usually can't fit. For the biggest loads, the 27kg washer at our 50 High Street site has the most room.
How do I know which machine to use?
Just go by what you're washing: smaller washers suit everyday loads, the bigger ones handle family loads and bulky bedding. The sizes are on our Pricing page — or just ask our team and we'll help.
Do I need to bring detergent?
You can bring your own, or buy powder or liquid from the detergent vending machine on site — handy if you forget.
Can I dry large loads?
Yes. Our dryers take towels, bedding and heavier loads, and the bigger ones are great for bulky items.
How much does a wash cost?
Self-service washers start at $8 for a 9kg load, up to $19 for the 27kg machine. Dryers are from $1 per 6 minutes. The full list is on our Pricing page, and prices can change, so check the display in store.
Do you wash and fold for me?
Yes, and it's easy: drop your washing in one of our lockers, send us a text, and we'll wash, dry and fold it for you. Wash, Dry & Fold is $10 per kilo with a $50 minimum.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card or tap, coins, a payment app, or by phone — all payment types are accepted.
Do I need to book?
No — self-service is walk-in any time we're open. For Wash, Dry & Fold, drop it in a locker and text us. Dry cleaning also goes through the lockers, and linen services are arranged with the owners.
Is there somewhere comfortable to wait?
Yes. Each site has free Wi-Fi, comfy seating, air conditioning, massage chairs, a vending machine and a TV.
Is it OK to come in early or late?
Yes. We're open from 6am to 11pm every day, the laundromats are monitored by CCTV, and there's good lighting and comfortable seating while you wait.
Do you have pet washing machines?
No — we don't have pet washing machines. Our washers and dryers are for clothes, bedding and everyday household laundry.
Do you offer dry cleaning and linen services?
Yes. Dry cleaning goes through our in-house lockers — we send it out, it's not done on site. Linen services can be arranged by speaking with the owners.
